Yogasimman Studios exists because the two halves of a digital product are almost always bought from two different companies, and then spend the rest of their life disagreeing with each other.
We're small on purpose.
Every project is run by the people who scoped it. No account layer, no handoff to a junior team once the contract is signed. It means we take fewer projects a year than we could, and it is the single biggest reason the work holds up.
The model comes before the screens.
Tenancy, permissions and billing states get decided before anything is designed. They are the expensive things to change later, and they quietly determine what the interface is even able to be.
We hand over everything.
Repo, credentials, source files, documentation, a walkthrough recording. You own what you paid for from day one, and you are not locked to us to keep it running.

Say the real thing
If we think the build is wrong, you hear it in the scoping call, not after the sprint.

Price it upfront
Fixed scope, fixed fee. If scope changes, we re-quote before we work rather than after.

Hand over everything
Repo, credentials, source files, documentation. You own what you paid for, from day one.

Measure it after
We check what shipped against what it was meant to move, and we tell you even when it underperformed.
Straight answer
When we're
the wrong studio.
Telling you this now is cheaper for both of us than finding out on the third call. If none of these apply, we are probably a good fit.
- You need it live next week. Good work has a floor on time, and we would rather say no than miss it.
- You want the cheapest quote in the inbox. We are not it, and pretending otherwise wastes a call.
- The brief is a competitor URL and "same but better". We need to know what it has to do.
- You want photography or video shot from scratch. We edit, we do not shoot.
