Challenge
A recruitment business has to speak to employers and to candidates on the same site, and those two readers want opposite things from the same page. Most staffing sites pick one and lose the other.
Approach
The five stages the firm actually runs (acquisition, screening, upgrade, placement, ongoing support) became the spine of the site, so an employer reads it as a process and a candidate reads it as a path. One structure, two valid readings.
Result
The credentials that matter to enterprise buyers, operating since 1997 and ISO certified, sit where a first-time visitor sees them rather than on an About page nobody reaches.
