Challenge
Two distinct programmes, pilot training and aircraft maintenance engineering, each running across eight countries. A prospective student has to find the route that matches their licence goal and their budget before an enquiry is worth anything.
Approach
The catalogue is structured by qualification first and destination second, because that is the order students actually decide in. Licence types (PPL, CPL, instructor, night and instrument ratings) are addressed directly rather than being buried in prose.
Result
Enquiries arrive with the programme and destination already identified, so the first reply can be specific instead of a triage question.
